Our History

The healthcare system can be overwhelming and hard to navigate. We continually saw patients falling through the cracks of the system and not getting the care they needed. We felt that as nurse practitioners we were in a unique position to help. Thats how cAARe Health was born.

Our goal is to provide low cost, quality healthcare services and education to meet individual needs. We want to increase health equity by removing barriers to access where we can. Better access means better outcomes.
